Sumadha Group is a Hyderabad-based construction and development firm. We build flats and villas that hold up — and we price them in a way you can check, question and plan around.
Our story
We started because the brochures didn't match the buildings.
Hyderabad has no shortage of housing. What it has been short of is certainty — the confidence that the plan you were shown, the price you were quoted and the date you were promised will all survive contact with reality.
Sumadha Group was founded to close that gap. We keep our projects deliberately mid-sized so our own people are on every site, we publish specification sheets that name brands instead of adjectives, and we put the whole cost on one page before anyone signs anything.
The result is a portfolio of homes across the city's western and northern corridors, and a customer base that mostly finds us through people who already bought from us.

Build quality is not negotiable
Structural design, waterproofing and MEP work get the budget first. Cosmetics come after, never instead.

Full cost sheet up front, itemised. No “we'll discuss that later” line items.
Respect for your timeline
A delay costs you rent, interest and patience. We plan schedules we can actually keep, and we flag slippage early.
Building responsibly
Rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment, native landscaping and solar-ready common areas as standard, not as an upsell.
A relationship past handover
Defect liability, a responsive maintenance team, and help when you eventually want to resell or lease.

Scale is the enemy of attention. We cap how much we take on at once so that the people who designed your home are the people who show up to inspect it.
In-house design
Layouts drawn by our own architects, reviewed against how families actually live.
Own site teams
Supervision by our staff, not handed wholesale to a labour contractor.
Stage-wise QC
Checklists signed off at foundation, slab, blockwork, plumbing and finishing.
Joint handover
We walk the home with you, log every snag, and fix it before you take keys.
Compliance
Boring paperwork, done properly.
The least glamorous part of buying a home is the part most likely to hurt you later. We keep it clean.
- Telangana RERA registered — every project registered before marketing begins. TS RERA Reg. No. — TODO.
- Sanctioned plans — HMDA / GHMC / DTCP approvals in place, and available for you to inspect.
- Clear and marketable title — independent legal opinion on the land before launch.
- Bank-approved projects — vetted by leading lenders, which means a third party has checked our documents too.
- Occupancy certificate — obtained before handover, not chased afterwards.
Please verify all approval numbers and RERA details independently before booking. We'll hand you copies on request.
