Are your projects RERA registered?
Yes. Every project we market is registered with Telangana RERA before launch, and the registration number is printed on all project material. Our details: TS RERA Reg. No. — TODO.
What does “premium affordable” actually mean here?
It means we spend where you'll feel it every day — structure, waterproofing, plumbing, ventilation, fittings you touch — and we don't spend on marketing theatre or over-scaled lobbies that inflate your per-square-foot cost. The specification is premium; the pricing is built for a working family.
Can you help with a home loan?
Yes. Our projects are approved with leading banks and housing finance companies, and our team will help you assemble the paperwork. We don't charge for this, and we don't take a commission from lenders.
What is included in the price you quote?
Your cost sheet itemises base price, floor rise, amenities, corpus and maintenance advance, car parking, registration and GST. Anything not on that sheet is not something we will later ask you for.
Do you build on land I already own?
We do take on select villa and independent-house contracts on client-owned land in and around Hyderabad. Send us the plot details and approvals and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
How do I track construction progress?
Every booked customer gets a monthly progress update with photographs against the published schedule, and you're welcome on site by appointment at any stage.
